Refund Policy

At Manaooru.org.in, an initiative of RASYA Foundation, we appreciate and value every contribution made to support our mission of rural development and community upliftment. The funds we receive play a critical role in implementing and sustaining our programs. As such, we have a strict No Refund Policy for all donations.

1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

  • Once a donation is submitted and processed through our secure payment gateway (CashFree Payment Gateway), it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Donors are encouraged to thoroughly verify all details before completing their transactions.

2. Exceptions to the Policy

While donations are non-refundable under normal circumstances, exceptions may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payments: If a donor unintentionally makes a duplicate payment, they may contact us to request a refund of the duplicate amount.
  • Technical Errors: If a technical failure during the transaction results in multiple deductions from the donor’s account, we will process a refund for the excess amount.

To request a refund under these exceptional circumstances, contact us at manaooru@rasya.org with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Contact number
  • Transaction ID
  • Date and time of the transaction
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 7–10 working days to process.

3. Transparency and Accountability

As a non-profit organization, RASYA Foundation is fully committed to transparency. All funds received through donations are used exclusively for ongoing projects and charitable programs showcased on our website.

4. Payment Disputes

If you notice unauthorized or suspicious activity related to your payment, notify us immediately. We will work with you and our payment gateway provider to resolve the issue.
